Our commitment to youth employment is clear in its support of our beneficiaries in the redAcademy programme, where 100% of Sprinters secured permanent employment in the IT sector after graduation.

Together with stakeholders across South Africa, our vision extends beyond mere training; it’s about creating guaranteed permanent employment for our youth.
